New Pagani model with V8 engine may be under development. At this stage it is only rumor, which was launched by the company founder Horacio Pagani.
In an article for the British magazine Evo Pagani said he would like his company to market and lighter model that is more compact compared Zonda (C9 and its successor).
If it comes to designing his car will be twice as expensive to costing one million euros Zonda. Perhaps it will hit the market in 2015 and possible production levels are 500 units per year. Just for reference - Zonda currently produced in 40 copies a year.
Pagani stresses that the design of the car can be based on that of Pagani C9, which is to be released later this year. C9 will generally use the 6-liter twin-turbo V12 engine of AMG, a price will be around 900,000 euros.
